The Chevrolet Colorado rally Concept has been designed with a rally raid category in mind, has a confident stance with 18 inch aluminium wheels complete with mud terrain tyres, up to 50mm adjustable suspension system and Fox Racing Shox shocks with a travel distance of 140mm.

Through its purposeful design, refinement and uncompromising capability, the Colorado Rally Concept creatively reinterprets our proud heritage," said Wayne Brannon, President and Managing Director of Chevrolet Europe.
At the front of the Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept is Chevrolet's signature dual port grille, large headlamps with LED lighting elements, a sculpted bonnet and fibreglass fenders. Two additional lights are set into the front edge of the roof and side mirror. The rally-car acrylic windows feature air inlets.
The Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept is powered by a 2.8 litre turbo diesel engine and comes complete with two 5.5hp winches integrated into the front and rear bumpers.
The bodywork of the Chevrolet Colorado is painted with a triple coat of pearl white with sprinkles of 'golden' particles. The roof, bumpers, roll bar and the inside of the load bay - carrying a spare tyre and tool boxes - are made from plastic in a charcoal colour. The decklid sports to large openings which improves aerodynamics and improved rear view.
For the interior, designers focused on ergonomics, safety and functionality. The Chevrolet Colorado's interior features an ash-grey colour in stark contrast to the silver painted roll cage and other metal details.THe seats are lined with neoprene with orange stitching, and the upper instrument panel is made from textured leather.
The steering wheel features integrated LEDs functioning as a quick display tachometer. A satellite navigation system is positioned in front of the navigator. Other features include five point seatbelts directly attached to the roll cage and a dedicated fire extinguisher system.

This is an excellent car, but I’m out of time to work on it. Between deployments to
Afghanistan, a family, and other toys this car has not had the attention it needs.
This car has is a great starter car to race in lemons or similar entry level racing,
but needs work and polishing to get it there. Six months ago the car went on stands
to have the car worked on. Damaged exterior panels like the fender, hood, and the
drivers door were replaced. The roll cage was removed to strip the interior. The
interior was gutted. That was as far as the work went. No engine work was done,
but the engine was running well before it went on stands.
