Gravity Ten Twenty features unique menu

The brewery initially wanted to lease the space to a restaurateur, but owners said no one was willing to take the risk due to "lack of vision." Gravity Ten Twenty Chef Brian Shaner's "field to fork" vision includes a menu that features beer (naturally) and fresh, local ingredients -including Colorado beets, Palisade peaches and Hazel Dell mushrooms whenever possible. And how's this for commitment to fresh: the kitchen has no walk-in freezers, heat lamps or steam tables. On a recent afternoon, a friend and I stopped in for lunch. I'd already checked out the menu online but was still volleying between the Lobster BLT ($15) and the Banshee Chicken ($16), featuring roasted chicken with a jus made from the brewery's Red Banshee beer. But I quickly shifted gears after hearing the day's specials, going with slightly lighter fare in the Fish Taco Salad ($10) featuring Rocky Mountain IPA-battered Atlantic cod with a mango salsa and a citrusy Asian-style slaw. The fish was tasty - lightly battered and not at all greasy - but it was the sweet-yet-sharp mango salsa that elevated this item beyond simply fried fish. Unfortunately, they seemed to be doling the salsa out sparingly (possibly because it wasn't a regular menu item). My plate definitely could have used an additional scoop, particularly for the accompanying cornbread fritter, which was dry and difficult to swallow, making me wish I'd saved a little more of that precious salsa to help it down. Luckily I had a cold pint of Rocky Mountain IPA that did the job just fine. My friend also went with one of the restaurant's daily specials - the Pesto Chicken Salad Sandwich ($10), featuring a light pesto chicken topped with spinach and red onion and served on toasted ciabatta bread. The dish came with a choice of sides and she went with the Z Lager Smoked Grits, which had a smoky cheesy taste, making me wish I could have convinced her to swap it with me for my fritter.

Just want to inform you guys on doing a rear disc break set up . I purchased a kit from Moser which everone sells. It consits of the Caddy Seviell with the internal parking brake . It is a nice kit for fitment but it does not stop the rear wheels even with the care in the air . Spent a boat load of money on master cylinds and fluid and lines . So stick with your drum brakes !!!
